REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE
SERVICES AT SHELL SERVICE STATIONS.
Vivo Energy Ugands is the official distributor and marketer of Shell-branded fuels and lubricants in Uganda. The company invites qualified contractors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for providing maintenance services at its Shell service stations countrywide, beginning February 2025.

Scope of Work:
The maintenance contract includes:
• Corrective, reactive, and routine preventive maintenance, adhering to Vivo Energ's approved procedures and standards for all company-owned, operational, and safety-critical equipment at retail fuel stations and commercial installations. This includes fuel and lubricant dispensing installations, car service equipment, compressed air supply systems, electrical installations, standby generators and solar installations and retail brand image and signage upkeep
• Minor mechanical works, including tank fittings and above ground ar pipelines.
• Storage and inventory management for Vivo Energy equipment (eg, pumps, dispensers, and consoles) at contractor premises, including database tracking of all equipment movement.
• Utilization of suitable PC equipment and an appropriate database to log and maintain attendance records as per contract requirements.
• Regular reporting to Vivo Energy on the movement and status of all company equipment known to the contractor.

Eligibility Criterion
• Interested contractors must meet the following requirements:
• Physical office premises and storage facilities for spare parts and inventory
• An adequately equipped workshop with basic service machinery
• A minimum of fun service vehicles to ensure adequate regional coverage
• A fidid service teams of at least 15 technicians, each holding a minimum diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering
• Working capital of at least UGX 200 million to sustain inventory and operational costs.
