The U.S. President’s Malaria Initiative (PMI) Evolve Project, awarded to Abt Global in December 2022, supports national malaria programs with the planning, implementation, and monitoring of vector control interventions, including:

• Insecticide-Treated Nets (ITNs)

• Indoor Residual Spraying (IRS)

• Essential entomological monitoring required for vector control decisions.

The Uganda project’s overall goal is ending malaria faster in Eastern Uganda. Abt Global LLC now invites suitably qualified and interested reputable firms to submit bids for goods and services under the PMI Evolve Project, as listed below:

• Prefabricated adjustable metallic shelves for warehouses

• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):

  • Green nitrile gloves

  • N95 disposable respirators

  • Heavy-duty respirators

  • PVC industrial aprons

• Haversack bag material:

  • Waterproof and rip-proof Cordura (high-density 1000D nylon, army green color)

  • Internally lined with PVC tarpaulin (flexible, chemical- and abrasion-resistant)

• Bottled water (500ml, 4,570 cartons)

• CCTV cameras and installation

• Office furniture

2. Services

• Transportation services

• Waste management/disposal:

  • Incineration

  • Landfilling
