Job Description/Requirements
We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls remotely. You will perform various administrative and support tasks, including answering calls, qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records. A strong internet connection and experience with communication tools are essential.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound call traffic to qualify leads and make live transfers
- Qualify prospects based on provided criteria
- Resolve client inquiries and provide excellent service
- Prepare customer spreadsheets and maintain online records
Job Requirements
- Laptop/Desktop with minimum CPU score of 4000 (AMD/i5 8th gen or higher) and at least 8 GB RAM
- Operating system: Windows 11 24H2 or Mac OS
- Stable fiber optic internet connection
- Ability to work 8–9 hour shifts, 5 days a week (between 9 AM – 9 PM EST)
- Excellent command of the English language
- Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills
- Comfortable with small talk and maintaining a professional tone
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced virtual environment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow
Compensation and Benefits
USD $500 basic monthly salary, with the potential to earn up to USD $500 in bonuses per month
