Reporting to: Manager
Earning ;Salary and commission
Hours: 8am to 5pm
Location; Kireka business mall/centre
Purpose of the position ; Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients,

identifying financial needs, promoting our products and ensuring customer satisfaction

Key responsibilities & duties
Develop and maintain customer relationships, understanding financial needs.
Promote and sell our financial products and services
Assist clients in the loan application process through financial literacy.
Promote customer satisfaction and excellent service
Prepare regular reports

Qualifications required
English , Luganda and other local languages added advantage
Minimum level of education, Senior 6 certificate
Previous experience in financial service, customer care and sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as a team

Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
