JOB PURPOSE

Build, maintain, and grow long term strategic client relationships that increase customer satisfaction and retention.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as primary point of contact for key accounts and ensure excellent service delivery.
• Understand client business goals and position relevant cloud solutions.
• Monitor account performance and identify upsell/crosssell opportunities.
• Address client issues and work with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Track relationship KP’s and contribute to strategic engagement plans.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or related.
  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in account management or customer success roles.
