Discovery Cofftea is the latest addition on the group which is owning the brand ORO CAFE, it is a coffee brand having a full range of coffee products made in Uganda.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Marketing Manager at Discovery Cofftea Ltd located in Kampala. The Regional Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales and marketing activities, including developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, conducting market research, analyzing data, and creating marketing campaigns to promote the brand along with execution and monitoring the execution of marketing strategies. It also will involve day to day managing of the distributors and merchandisers.

• Knowledge of the FMCG industry
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
