Key Responsibilities

1. Systems and processes Management :
Driver AVA Model: Availability, Visibility & Accessibility across channels
Ensure effective of BIZOM Implementation across Sales function
Effective Route sales for Direct channels to be Initiated with the help of automation / BIZOM across geographies
Must use due diligence in appointment of distributors and ensure the action are meeting company’s requirements
Must be able to driver company initiatives for Business development across channels and geographies
Coordinate on implementing Trade Marketing Initiatives taken up by the company
Monitor of cost of doing Route sales across Channels / Geographies
Tracking & informing all competition activities across categories /Channels/Geographies
Has to ensure we monitor & effectively manage company’s assets (Coolers and vehicles )
Should be able to review the cost of operations and ensure we optimize the same

2. Coordination (Internal & External Stakeholders )

Customer events: Assist in company Promotions & Events Execution in the given territory
Pricing execution: To have the Sales team implement, monitoring and reporting on the impact of pricing decisions and promotions
Activity and competitor monitoring: Monitor competitor activities in region through regular market visits and research and other data
To enable smooth execution of trade/customer events in region
Management of external stake holders who are involved with company directly or indirectly.

3.People:

To be part of the training / induction of TDOs
Capability building and people development: Lead & assist TDOs in developing their capabilities through performance management and coaching OJT ( On the Job )
To be able to lead the team ( Sales officers /TDOs ) and achieve company Sales Objectives ( Volumes and Value ) every month
Review the performance of Sales teams ( Daily /Weekly/Month/Qtr./Yearly )

Relevant Industry : Beverages & alcohol Industry’s

To be able to do the Route mapping for the given territiory
To be able to Plan , Initiate & strengthen our Distribution width & Depth through Route operations
To track & monitor the Sales progress on volumes and value month after month
To support & guide the Territory Development officer in the planning, execution and do evaluation of distribution parameters
Has to leverage Automation / BIZOM & create Route to Market model in order to monitor channel wise distribution enablers ( Range selling / SKUs Per call /Total Lines Sold )
Look to take new initiative to improve company sales and distribution in the Territories handled
To be able to do hygiene checks in the Territory/Depots & ensure the meets company expectation
