JOB DETAILS:
The Regional Program Lead (EYE-C) will lead the implementation of the Empowering Young Women Entrepreneurs in
Agriculture Stimulated by Coffee (EYEC) program across designated regions. The role focuses on creating dignified
economic opportunities for young women through catalytic investments, agribusiness support, financial inclusion, and
enhanced value chain performance in coffee and complementary enterprises. The Lead will oversee regional program
officers, implementing partners, and stakeholder engagements to ensure quality delivery, performance tracking, and
adaptive programming aligned with national strategy and the EYE-C 20 million bags roadmap.
