Who are we looking for:

Responsible and driven individual who is keen to give excellent customer service to the company's clients [hospitals and pharmacies] by continuously analyzing and verifying the accuracy of information regarding the processes from the receipt of customer orders to their delivery. Implement corrective actions in order to ensure an excellent level of service and a high level of customer satisfaction to be maintained. Prepares customer service summary reports. Coordinates the handling of difficult and/or emergency situations.

Location Area:

This position is offered as remote in Croatia or Czech Republic

Area of Responsibilities:

  • Control discounts and credit policy for all customers in ERP based on Commercial Policy.
  • Manage returns for all customers, based on a relevant list approved by the Supply Chain, Sales, Finance and General Manager.
  • Placement of new products in the Pharmacies, based on a list approved by the Supply Chain, Sales, Finance and General Manager.
  • Daily communication with 3PL, consignees, distribution partners to resolve any issue.
  • Daily communication with customers for possible out-of-stocks and exact delivery date.
  • Updating and updating customer records (pharmacies and hospitals).
  • Responsible for the whole range of Pharmacies (Orders-Communication-Returns-Deliveries).
  • Responsible for the whole range of Hospitals (Letters-Communication-Returns-Hospital Sales Support).
  • Purchase Orders Lines Report
  • Order Cycle Report
  • Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire
  • Provide sales data to Pharmacovigilance
  • Back Order (Pending) Management
  • Provide placement, sales reports
  • Participate in procedural issues of Supply Chain Dpt.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong customer and Service orientation
  • Ability to work in a team & excellent communication skill
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
  • Knowledge in the use of SAP SD & MS-Office
  • Knowledge of SCM processes
  • Strong Communication Skills in English

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in customer service department for at least 3+ years
  • Previous experience on similar position in pharma environment is a plus
