Responsible for achievement of regional sales targets for the Agri Finance Loans Product.

Key duties/responsibilities:

• • Implement effective sales strategies and lead sales personnel towards attainment of their sales, PAR, Active Loans Officers and client base targets.
  • Review, approve and ensure execution of marketing route plans.
  • Ensure early bird sessions are conducted in all Branches, and foster succession planning through employee empowerment and ensure high employee energy levels
  • Continuous training, mentoring and coaching of sales team in the region
  • Ensure that Loan rejection rate is below 10% on a monthly basis through continuous review of rejection reports to mitigate repeat /re-occurrence of the same.

Required Qualifications and Work Experience:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position preferably in a financial
•  A professional qualification in sales and marketing will be added advantage
