Role Overview
We are looking for Non‑IT Recruiters based in Uganda, Ethiopia, and Kenya to join our remote recruitment team. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end hiring for non‑technical roles (e.g., sales, operations, admin, HR, customer service, logistics, retail, hospitality, etc.) for our global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client hiring requirements and draft clear job descriptions.
- Source and shortlist qualified candidates from your local market and across Africa.
- Conduct initial screening calls, coordinate interviews, and track candidates through the hiring process.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth experience.
- Work within a 5‑day working week structure, following agreed SLAs and timelines.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Uganda, Ethiopia, or Kenya.
- Experience: 3–8 years of hands‑on non‑IT recruitment experience.
- Strong experience in hiring for non‑technical profiles (sales, operations, admin, HR, logistics, FMCG, retail, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills (English required; local languages are a plus).
- Comfortable working fully remotely with a laptop, stable internet, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles/tickets.
