Job Summary
To provide leadership and strategic direction to the credit recovery unit in DMF to ensure quality portfolio and effective loan recovery management.
- Minimum Qualification : Postgrad
- Experience Level : Mid level
- Experience Length : 5 years
- Working Hours : Full Time
Job Description/Requirements
The three key functions of recovery unit are;
- Management of PAR
- Management of external debt collectors.
- Loan Recovery of Written off Loans
Key Responsibilities
- To manage portfolio of all loans in arrears.
- Reduction of PAR.
- Supervise and set targets for Recovery Officers.
- Follow up on default notices and issue sale notices to all clients.
- Follow up on any Court/Litigation cases that may arise.
- Coordinate the activities of court bailiffs and provide monthly reports to management about their performance.
- Advise management on clients securities pledged and their challenges there in.
- Undertake any other duties that may be assigned to him/her by Credit Manager.
