He/she will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondences and handling phone calls and other correspondences.

Qualifications, skills and experience

  • Diploma in Secretariat studies At Least 2 years of experience in front office management
  • Experience and proficiency in Microsoft office applications
  • Ability to prioritise and manage a varied, and sometimes demanding workload
  • Punctual and reliable, with excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to remain composed and calm, even when under pressure
  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal
  • High level of professionalism, attention to detail and interpersonal relationship skills
