Role Purpose.
This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Associate, located in Entebbe. The Real Estate Associate will manage day-to-day tasks such as handling leases, overseeing commercial real estate projects, managing real estate transactions, and participating in real estate development. The role involves close interaction with clients and coordination with our internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
Principal roles and responsibilities.
1. Client Support.
• Guide and support clients throughout the entire real estate process, from initial property searches to lease or purchase closing.
2. Property Research and Marketing.
• Research available properties and analyze market trends to identify options that align with clients’ needs and budgets.
• Prepare property listings and promote them through appropriate channels to attract potential buyers or tenants.
4. Property Showings.
• Conduct on-site property viewings for interested clients.
5. Negotiation.
• Negotiate lease and sale agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
6. Documentation.
• Draft and process contracts and other documentation to ensure smooth, legally compliant transactions.
7. Relationship Management.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and key stakeholders in the real estate industry.
Qualifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and use of general office equipment.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in property management and customer care.
• Knowledge of real estate transactions and market analysis.
• Familiarity with both commercial and residential real estate sectors.
• Professional registration with AREA Uganda is a plus.
• Experience with real estate investments is an added advantage.
• Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
• Must be able to work on-site and Field in Entebbe.
• Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in urban development and property management is a plus
