Description
Quality Inspector is responsible for conducting tests, analysing results, and producing reports to support the quality standards of products and processes within a company that includes inspecting materials, products, and equipment, identifying product defects, and recording findings in test logs. It plays a vital role in ensuring that the licences plates manufactured meet predefined quality parameters.
Responsibilities:
- Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
- Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors.
- Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
- Collaborating with production team to implement and monitor quality control programs.
- Interpreting and implementing quality standards and procedures.
- Preparing and maintaining documentation of inspection results by completing reports and logs.
- Identifying and troubleshooting problems with products or processes.
- Recommending modifications in products or quality standards where necessary.
- Working closely with the production team to ensure consistent quality in all products.
- Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with both national and international regulatory standards.
- Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
- Using statistical analysis software to monitor product quality.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in quality control, industrial technology, engineering, or a related field.
- Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9001 etc.).
- Technical knowledge to understand product specifications and recognize deviations from desired quality.
- Attention to detail to closely inspect products, identifying any defects or deviations from the established quality standards.
- Analytical skills to interpret complex data from the quality testing process and make recommendations for improvement.
- Problem-solving skills to find the root cause of quality issues and determine effective solutions.
- Communication skills to effectively liaise with production teams, report findings, and explain necessary changes in procedures or processes.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive tasks, handle testing equipment and stand for extended periods.
- Knowledge of quality assurance standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Proficiency in using quality control software for logging issues, tracking defects, and generating reports.
