Job Summary
Monitor and test raw materials and concrete output for industry compliance, conduct lab and field tests on mixes, aggregates, and water ratios, and maintain QC documentation and certifications. Investigate quality deviations and initiate corrective actions, coordinate with production and site teams for specification compliance, and ensure testing equipment calibration and lab integrity.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and test raw materials and concrete output to ensure compliance with industry standards (ASTM, ACI, EN)
- Conduct laboratory and field tests on concrete mixes, aggregates, and water ratios
- Maintain QC documentation and certifications for all batches
- Investigate any quality deviations and initiate corrective actions
- Coordinate with production and site teams to verify specification compliance
- Ensure calibration of testing equipment and lab integrity
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Materials Engineering
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in concrete QA/QC or lab work
- Familiarity with concrete codes, mix design, and testing procedures
- Strong report writing and analytical skills
- Certification in quality management is an asset
