JOB DETAILS:

Department: Quality Assurance

Reports: Quality Assurance Manager

Job Purpose: Ensure Ranchers Finest products meet the expectations of the customers through implementation of quality assurance systems and continually improving the quality structure, processes.

Key Responsibilities
1. Conducting inspections, tests, and audits of products and processes to ensure compliance with quality control standards
2. Collect and analyse quality control data and provide feedback to the Quality Control team
3. Developing and implementing quality control procedures and processes
4. Document quality control activities, including test results, inspection reports, and audits
5. Identify and report any quality control issues or deficiencies to the Quality Control team
6. Assist in investigating and resolving quality control problems, and implementing corrective actions
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality control standards are met throughout the organization
8. Maintain a clean and organized workspace/ good house keeping
9. Enforce FIFO/FEFO /Stock rotation

Minimum Qualification Requirements:
Related Minimum Experience:
• Degree in Food Science and Technology or Food Nutrition and Dietetics.
• ISO 9001, 14001, 22000 qualifications
• HACCP, TACCP, VACCP tools application
• Computer literacy
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environment.
