Xclusive Uganda is hiring a Quality Assurance Manager to ensure compliance, control, implementation and assurance of quality management processes with striving to bring the organization to a higher level.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring adherence to regulatory, environmental, and quality standards.
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate the external.
• Preparing and organizing Nema and MPS audits
• Ensure process standardization & controls.
• Making scheduled reports to management
• Monitoring and evaluating the allocated budgets.
• Coaching, evaluating, and developing the team.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• University bachelor’s degree in Horti/Agriculture, Business Administration, Environmental sciences or any related field
• Experience with Nema and MPS at a horticultural company will be considered an advantage
• 5 years’ working experience in quality assurance and control management
• Numeric qualitative skills.
• Controlling Progress & Assertiveness.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
