JOB DETAILS:

Role Overview:
The Pull-ups Packing Worker will be responsible for the final stage of the production process, ensuring that finished pull-up products are packaged correctly, efficiently, and prepared for distribution. This role is critical in maintaining product quality and meeting packaging targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Operate packaging machinery and equipment for pull-up products.
  • Manually pack products into boxes or other containers as per standard operating procedures.
  • Inspect products for any defects or damage before packaging.
  • Ensure all packages are correctly labeled with batch numbers, expiry dates, and barcodes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
  • Meet daily packaging quotas and quality standards.
  • Report any machinery faults or product issues to the line supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of a Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a packaging, manufacturing, or FMCG environment is an advantage.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and quality.
• Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
