REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR: Provision of Electrical Commissioning Tools and Equipment - (for Purchase and Lease)
REFERENCE: 1078-EOI-GFS-UG-ELE-Electrical Commissioning Tools and Equipment- (for Purchase and Lease)
EITS Contractor (Electrical Instrumentation Telecommunication and Security Systems) for the EACOP project, invites experienced and reputable service providers to express their interest in the provision of Electrical Commissioning Tools and Equipment-(for Purchase and Lease).

SCOPE OF SERVICES:
Supply the Specific EITS testing equipment, Hand Tools, and consumables required for the performance of the functional tests of the hardware and software interface links between EITS Equipment,
• The equipment includes:
• Primary injection testing,
• Secondary injection testing.
• Oil insulation and associated accessories.

The hand tools include complete set of Electrical, Mechanical tools and consumables sourced from reputable Global manufacturers.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Proof of business registration and license(s) for Uganda.
• Proof of registration with the Uganda Revenue Authority:
• Tax Clearance Certificate for the latest year available.
• Proof of registration with the National Supplier Database (NSD) for Uganda.
• Compliance with the Petroleum Midstream National Content Regulation #34, 2016 for Uganda
• Provide a Company Profile, Audited financial statements for the past 3 financial years and a Letter from your Banker(s).
• At least 5 years of demonstrable experience and financial capacity in delivering such services.

Copy of Management Systems, Policies and Procedures AND/OR Certificates of ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems), ISO 45001 (Health and Safety Management Systems)/ OSHA; or equivalent (as applicable).

CONTRACTOR reserves the right not to consider companies that submit an incomplete dossier!
