Objective:

The WHO is inviting eligible bidders to submit proposals for the provision of consultancy services for a comprehensive immunization coverage survey in 54 districts of Uganda.

Additional Requirements:

1. WHO registered contractors with:
   • Certificate of Incorporation
   • Valid trading license
   • Registration/Recommendation from reputable clients
2. Audited accounts
3. A letter of credit from the bank

General Terms and Conditions:

1. WHO reserves the right to reject any bid.
2. Bids must not be below the lowest bid; otherwise, they will not be accepted.
3. Proposals must be submitted in hard copies only via the address provided.
4. The deadline for submission is 23rd December 2024 at 2:00 PM.
5. Late submissions will not be considered.
