Equator Seeds Limited (ESL), leading producers of the best hybrid maize varieties in Uganda. Gagawala Hybrid Maize, is a leading agricultural enterprise enhancing food security and smallholder farmer livelihoods.
About the GRASP Project
In partnership with aBi Development, ESL is implementing the GRASP Project to enhance climate-smart production and resilience. The project supports 35,000 smallholder farmers (60% women, 30% youth) in Northern and Eastern Uganda, improving market access. We seek qualified professionals to support this initiative.
Available Positions
- Project Manager (1) – Master’s in Project Management, Agribusiness, or related field; 5+ years’ experience in agricultural project management.
