JOB DETAILS:

Project Director (PD). He/she is responsible for taking lead of project staff and programing. Specific duties include:

Provide spiritual and technical leadership to the project team, ensuring alignment with PCM’s mission and vision.

Develop and implement project strategies, work plans, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.

Monitor and evaluate project progress, ensuring timely reporting and accountability.

Foster partnerships with local communities, government agencies, and other NGOs to enhance project impact.

Ensure compliance with PCM policies, donor requirements, and national regulations.

Represent PCM in meetings, workshops, and other forums to advocate for child welfare and community development.

Other guidance and technical support to staff, beneficiaries (children and their care givers), project committee and other stakeholders. Ensure that all programmatic aspects of the project are managed efficiently and effectively. Lead and support staff in preparation and implementation of plans and budgets. Support, monitor and build capacity of project team to enable them achieve their job roles.
