Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Must at least have a Bachelor’s degree in Development studies, Social work and social sciences, Education, Child Development and Children’s Ministry, Business Studies, Social Sciences, Theology and certificate in project management or financial management will be an added advantage.

All applicants must:

• Be mature born-again Christian with sound testimony, who is a model in word, deed, life style and demonstrates involvement in church ministry.
• Must have good interpersonal skills, a team builder and willing to take initiative.
• Must have excellent computer skills.
• Working ability to apply and adapt established accounting procedures to a variety of accounting transactions, problems and situations.
• Good written communication skills and strong verbal communication skills. Intermediate English ability is preferred.
• Must have ability to represent the church as a professional
• Must have ability to create alliances, partnerships and networks for the church
• Skills in Project planning and budgeting, proposal writing, and financial management will be an added advantage. The applicant must have work experience of 2-3 years in managerial work,
• Age: 25-35.
