Smart African Village Development Consortium with support from its Joint funders is intending to support Ministry of Health Non – communicable disease Department to strengthen community based responses and health care service improve NCDs delivery in Busoga sub – region through “Multi-Stake Holder Smart Village NCD Healthcare project” to promote prevention – awareness campaigns, capacity building of health workers, support of laboratory and Radiology equipment installations strengthening detailed NCD data management systems and inclusion of food security and more into NCD care management.
