The Job
As the Programme Lead, you will coordinate and oversee the implementation of donor-funded projects assigned to you, ensuring they are implemented effectively, meet results, comply with requirements, and optimize communication and reporting to our donors.

Responsibility areas:
• Overseeing the operational execution of the projects assigned to you, to ensure implementation aligns with donor requirements and meets the goals and objectives on time and in full.
• Monitoring grants to ensure that we comply with donor regulations and that all relevant documentation is in place and periodically reviewed.
• Assisting in proposal development/writing as needed.
• Navigating complex political environments and driving meaningful change.
• Maintaining relationships with donors and partners involved in the projects in your area.
• Identifying compliance risks in your portfolio and advising and supporting others in the organization when actions need to be taken.
• Delivering high-quality reports that meet donor requirements.
• Training stakeholders in the particulars of your projects.
• Utilizing your excellent project management skills to drive project success and achieve meaningful results.

About You
You're a confident and dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal skills. You thrive on collaborating with others and bringing people together to achieve common goals. You are detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. You're comfortable representing Tiko in front of donors and at public events, and you're excited to make a difference in the world through your work.

Essential skills:
• You have +7 years of programme lead/programme manager experience or relevant experience.
• Strong Government experience, diplomatic and able to navigate complex political environments.
• You have experience in maintaining positive relationships with donors and partners for projects within your area.
• You have experience working with global funds and have a strong understanding of the landscape.
• You possess excellent writing and presentation skills and can efficiently respond to donor requests.
