Key Selection Criteria
To be successful in the role, the ideal candidate will possess applied expertise in project delivery, critical thinking, and problem-solving, demonstrated by effectively defining tasks, monitoring progress, and resolving issues. Additionally, foundational skills in stakeholder management and a practical understanding of business and commercial acumen are essential, ensuring efficient operations, clear communication with stakeholders, and accountability in engagements with external vendors.

Qualifications And Experience
Mandatory
- Proven experience in project delivery support role in a large organization or in a government department.
- Experience and proficient in MS Office packages, MS Planner, MS Project, Zycus, Oracle, MS Teams, Share points and other project delivery related tool.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to be flexible and adaptive in a fast-paced delivery environment.
Desirable
- Formal qualification (or working towards) Project Management, Business Administration or similar.
- Construction induction training (white card)
- Traffic control and management certification
