• The ideal candidate will be an experienced hospitality management professional with a strong track record in business innovation, customer relations, marketing, and financial management.
• This role will lead the business improvement strategy, focusing on customer growth, satisfaction, highquality service delivery, marketing and brand development, staff coordination and training, and supply chain management.
• Applicants should hold a degree in business management, hospitality management, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of managerial experience in the hospitality industry.
