Requirements

• Perform daily production tasks efficiently and accurately to meet production goals and timeline
• Participate in all production-related activities, including assembly, quality checks, and packaging.
• Assemble various components, parts, and wires accordingly.
• Cut and assemble harnessing cables as per requirements, ensuring proper connection and insulation.
• Perform manual and simple soldering as required.
• Conduct thorough quality checks during the assembly process to ensure each product meets the required specifications.
• Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during assembly, making necessary adjustments or reporting problems to supervisors or seniors.
• Handle and operate simple hand tools and tester.
• Pack finished goods securely and neatly for shipment or storage.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the work area.
• Ability to work independently.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production demands.
