JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Officer to oversee and support daily production activities in our cosmetics manufacturing facility. The role involves ensuring that production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing operations and a good understanding of cosmetic product formulation and production.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate production activities to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing of cosmetics products.
• Monitor the use of raw materials, production inputs, and packaging materials to minimize waste and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain production records, batch numbers, and ensure traceability of all products.
• Ensure that all products meet company quality standards and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with Quality Control and Warehouse departments to ensure smooth flow of operations.
• Train and guide production line staff on procedures, safety practices, and product handling.
• Assist in the implementation of production schedules and process improvements.
• Report any equipment malfunction, shortage, or safety issues to management promptly.
• Support inventory management by keeping track of stock levels for raw materials and finished goods.

Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing role, preferably in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry.
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), SOPs, and quality assurance standards.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
