JOB DETAILS:

Production Managers (2 Positions) at Q-Sourcing

On behalf of our client in coffee trading industry, we are looking for competent, skilled and experienced two (2) Production managers for Mielek and Kassee.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate the production team to conduct their activities in the most efficient way in line with company design and protocols.
• Support in process design and machinery redesign and deployment to enhance processes.
• Be responsible for the preventive, general maintenance, and CAPEX deployment. Inspire key story a key role also in setting and ensuring quality standard and HSBO standards, as well as supporting projects and maintenance in other plants in the country as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Refinites’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3-year experience in a related role.
• Have proven track record in managing and monitoring staff performance.
• AutoCAD, Project management, HSBO and operations management courses/proficiency are desirable.
