JOB DETAILS:

Duties and Responsibilities.

• Planning and organizing all production functions.
• Goal and value setting.
• Oversee machine care and maintenance.
• Training of Machine Operators and other technical staff.
• Prepare periodic machine validation, protocols whenever required.
• Spare parts planning and Control.
• To control Production COST.
• Planning and Control of Manpower per shift period
• Coordinate with the Marketing, Raw Materials and Materials Department to meet   customer requirements.
• Ensure discipline among the subordinates.
• Ensure efficient flow of information at all levels.
• Reconciliation for Raw Materials WIP Stocks and SFG (Semi-Finished Goods Stocks).

• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your immediate supervisor

Academic Qualification, Skills and Experience

• A Minimum of 3 years’ working experience in a similar work environment.
• A degree in Mechanical Engineering from recognized institute of higher learning

• Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.
• Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability.
• Ability to manage large volume of work forces.
• Must be self-motivated and a great team player
