Injection Molding Machine Engineer

Summary:

As an Injection Molding Machine Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of injection molding equipment Like Sacmi or Husky or Nestal and processes in a manufacturing setting. You will work closely with production teams to ensure the efficiency and quality of the injection molding process.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Perform regular maintenance on injection molding machines to ensure uninterrupted production.

2. Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.

3. Optimize machine parameters and settings to improve product quality and cycle times.

4. Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and tooling departments to address process issues.

5. Implement process improvements and upgrades to enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

6. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for injection molding processes.

7. Train production operators on machine operation and mai.

Qualification:

1. CIPET Graduate

2. 12+ Years Experience
