Reporting To: Senior Accountant / Finance Manager

Our client in the Automotive Industry is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team in the automotive industry. This role involves supporting day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting processes, and contributing to efficient financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage assembly plans and schedules to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Manage branch-wise assembly data and transactions, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
• Supervise assembly line teams, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor production processes to identify and resolve bottlenecks, improving efficiency and reducing downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control measures, and industry regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as supply chain and quality assurance, to support seamless operations.
• Analyse production metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in automotive engineering or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry.

Skills and Competencies

• Fluency in Kiswahili, English
• French (Spoken and written) will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
