About the Role
A high‑growth Web3 infrastructure team is seeking a crypto‑native Product Marketing Manager to own positioning, storytelling, pre‑launch strategy, and GTM execution for cross‑chain and interoperability products used by millions of users globally.
This is a high‑ownership, IC‑driven role working directly with founders, product, engineering, and BD. The ideal candidate is deeply embedded in the crypto ecosystem, understands how narratives spread, and has a strong, credible presence on X/Twitter.
You will shape how new products are understood, adopted, and scaled across wallets, DeFi protocols, and crypto‑native communities.
What You’ll Do
Product Strategy & Positioning
• Own product narratives, positioning, and messaging across multiple Web3 product lines.
• Translate complex technical concepts (bridges, routing, chain abstraction, cross‑chain UX) into clear, compelling stories.
• Build ICP frameworks for power users, wallets, protocols, and ecosystem partners.
Pre‑Launch & GTM Execution
• Lead pre‑launch research, competitive analysis, and market validation.
• Build and execute GTM plans for new features, integrations, and products.
• Partner with product and engineering to influence roadmap priorities based on user insights.
Community & Distribution
• Drive product storytelling on X/Twitter through threads, breakdowns, and narrative shaping.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners, influencers, and communities to amplify launches.
• Build playbooks for community‑driven adoption and retention.
Cross‑Functional Leadership
• Work closely with founders, BD, design, and engineering to align product and GTM.
• Support BD with product narratives for wallets, custodians, and DeFi protocols.
• Track KPIs, user behavior, and funnel performance to optimize adoption.
What We’re Looking For
Crypto‑Native
• Deep understanding of Web3, DeFi, wallets, bridges, and cross‑chain UX.
• Actively uses crypto products and follows ecosystem trends.
Strong X/Twitter Presence
• Demonstrated thought leadership, product breakdowns, or narrative‑driven content.
• Understands how narratives spread and how to shape them.
Product‑Driven Marketer
• 3–7+ years in Product Marketing, Growth, or similar roles in Web3.
• Experience launching and scaling crypto products (wallets, DEXs, bridges, DeFi apps, on/off‑ramps, etc.).
• Ability to craft positioning, messaging, and GTM strategies from scratch.
Storytelling & Communication
• Exceptional ability to simplify technical concepts.
• Strong writing skills across threads, blog posts, explainers, and partner materials.
High Ownership
• Comfortable in lean, fast‑moving environments.
• Operates with autonomy and initiative.
Nice to Have
• Experience working directly with wallets, bridges, or DeFi protocols.
• Prior work in early‑stage startups or high‑growth crypto teams.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and user research frameworks.
