  • Job Description
  • Dynamic and strategic Product Manager whose primary responsibility is to drive the development and growth of our Transaction Banking products. This role, will define the vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for cash management, payments, trade finance, and liquidity solutions.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, sales, and risk, to build and enhance products that meet the evolving needs of corporate and institutional clients.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of transaction banking, digital payments, regulatory compliance, and customer needs in the financial services industry.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for cash management, payments, liquidity, and trade finance solutions.
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer analysis to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Develop and present business cases for new product initiatives, ensuring alignment with revenue goals.

Product Development & Execution

  • Gather and prioritize product requirements from corporate clients, relationship managers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Collaborate with engineering, risk, compliance, and operations teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and continuous iteration.
  • Ensure compliance with local and global banking regulations (e.g., SWIFT, ISO 20022, PSD2, AML, KYC).
  • Define and track product performance metrics (e.g., transaction volumes, revenue impact, adoption rates).

Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as the voice of corporate and institutional clients, ensuring that their needs drive product innovation.
  • Partner with sales, relationship managers, and treasury teams to enhance client engagement and adoption.
  • Develop client training, sales enablement tools, and go-to-market strategies to support product adoption.

Technology & Innovation

  • Work with technology teams to implement APIs, real-time payments, and AI-driven transaction banking solutions.
  • Stay ahead of emerging fintech trends (e.g., blockchain, AI in fraud detection, open banking, digital wallets).
  • Champion the use of data analytics and AI to drive smarter cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
