As part of our expansion and performance transformation, we are seeking dynamic, analytical, and growth-oriented Product Leads to champion the performance of our key lending and investment portfolios.
Job Summary
We are recruiting three (3) Product Leads, each overseeing a core portfolio: Business & Personal Loans, Asset Financing, Investments & Deposits
Key Responsibilities
- Own the growth, quality, and profitability of your assigned product portfolio.
- Develop monthly performance targets and cascade them to branches in coordination with the Regional Business & Operations Lead.
- Oversee credit appraisal, disbursement, and recovery processes across assigned loan products.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and refine product features, pricing, and marketing strategies.
- Track key performance metrics including disbursement, deposits, revenue, and PAR (Portfolio at Risk).
- Train and support Relationship Officers to ensure consistent product understanding and quality service delivery.
- Coordinate with branch managers to ensure performance targets are met and compliance maintained.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports to management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Microfinance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in lending, portfolio management, or financial product supervision.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel or data visualization tools.
- Proven track record in driving loan growth and maintaining portfolio quality.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a field-oriented approach.
