LOCATION: Head Office, Kampala

Job details:
Responsible for the inception, planning, development, delivery and management of new products and enhancement of existing products to achieve company objectives.

Key duties/responsibilities:
1. Spearhead the development and execution of new products.
2. Development of support/auxiliary products to the existing products.
3. Review, revamp & tweak existing products to improve their performance.
4. Spearhead the digitization of products and processes in line with the Platinum Credit digital strategy.
5. Ensure continuous Research & Development to improve processes & products through gathering data and competitor information.
6. Obtain all internal and external (regulatory) approvals for new and enhanced products and services.
7. Overseeing the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Platinum Credit projects.
8. Championing the review of our customer journey from onboarding to settlement & our promise to serve in 24 hrs.

Required Qualifications and Work Experience:
1. A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
2. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
3. Knowledgeable about products offered by Financial Institutions
