Job Mission
The Product Analyst will be responsible for analysing user behaviour, product performance, and market trends to provide actionable insights that drive product innovation and efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse user behaviour, conversion rates, and engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Track key product KPIs and provide insights to enhance usability, adoption, and retention.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to inform product development.
- Design, execute, and analyse A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve product features.
- Work closely with UX/UI teams to assess user journeys and recommend enhancements.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to drive data-informed decisions.
- Develop dashboards and reports to present insights in an accessible and actionable format.
- Present findings to key stakeholders, translating data insights into strategic recommendations.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align product strategy with business objectives.
- Leverage machine learning and predictive modelling techniques to anticipate user needs and product trends.

Key Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science,, or a related field.
- Strong ability to interpret data and extract meaningful insights.
- Experience with SQL, Google Analytics, Excel, and visualisation tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Knowledge of experimental design and statistical analysis.
- Ability to identify bottlenecks and suggest data-driven solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Methodical approach to data analysis and product evaluation.
- Passion for understanding customer needs and improving user experience.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
