(a) Eligibility Requirements:
A copy of certificates of registration/incorporation or equivalent
A valid Tax Clearance certificate addressed to ECO BRIXS or equivalent where applicable
A copy of powers of Attorney
A copy of the bidders current trading license (2025) or equivalent.
Valid practicing certificate for consulting firms or equivalent
Valid practicing certificate for advocates and approval of Chambers for legal firms
Bank account details in the names of the business
(b) Administrative requirements:
Physical address and telephone numbers of the company/firm
Two copies including original of the prequalification documents, should be submitted.
Each item in a category must be applied for separately.

Applicants shall obtain bid forms from the procurement and disposal Desk after paying a non-refundable fee of 50,000UGX to Eco Brixs A/c 6006159220-Absa Bank, Eco Brixs Airtel Merchant Line - 4353130
From Eco Brixs before 22nd December 2025.
Late submissions will be rejected and Eco Brixs is not bound to prequalify any prospective provider.
The prequalification submission should be clearly sealed & marked in hardcopies and via email clear subject heading.
