Background
Continental Medical Supplies is a pharmaceutical distributor based in Juba, South Sudan. For more information about the company, please visit www.continentalmed.com or visit the company's social media page. We are currently looking for a procurement manager to work at our Kampala office.
Details of the position:
Position: Procurement Manager
Full-time based in Kampala, Uganda
Work schedule: Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm, Saturday: 8am to 1pm (Uganda time)
Duties:
- Coordinating all the company's purchases in Uganda
- Consolidate all orders and organize shipment to South Sudan
- Source products in the Ugandan market
- Find new suppliers in Uganda
- Manage the company's relationship with current suppliers
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 5 years work experience in the industry
- Knowledge of medical products, from a business understanding
- Knowledge of the Ugandan market of medical supplies
- Disciplined, organized, trustworthy, detail-oriented
What we offer:
Net monthly salary of 650 USD
23 working days paid leave (Saturday counts as half day)
Airtime and transport allowance of 50 USD
