Key Responsibilities:

• Receive Purchasing orders from the other departments
• Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
• Send out multiple requests for quotation(RFQ)
• Analyze and select a vendor.
• Negotiate contract and send PO.
• Receive goods/services and ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Receive and check invoice
• Authorize invoice and pay the vendor.
• Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
• Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
• Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.
• Training new employees in the purchasing process and how to use the purchasing system.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role, preferably within industrial company
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
