Job Description/Requirements
- Procurement Planning: Collaborate with project teams to forecast needs and develop strategic annual procurement plans.
- Supplier Management: Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with vendors; negotiate contracts and monitor performance.
- Order & Inventory Control: Issue POs, manage stock levels and logistics to align with construction schedules.
- Budget & Cost Control: Track expenditures, optimize costs, report savings and variances.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure procurement adheres to PPDA and sector regulations; maintain documentation and generate reports .
- Risk & Quality Management: Resolve delivery delays or quality issues; implement mitigation strategies.
- Sustainable Sourcing: Prioritize ethical and environmentally responsible supplier practices
