• Supply of meals.drinks.tents and chairs
• Supply of tyres, tubes and batteries
• Repair and servicing of motor vehicles
• Repair and servicing of motorcycles
• Suppliers of Culverts. Building and road construction Materials
• Supply of General Office Stationary
• Printed stationery.
• Supply of Computers, accessories, consumables and Networking.
• Supply of parts for Plants & Machinery
• Repair and maintainace of ICT Office Equip.& tools
• Repair and maintenance of plants and machinery
• Hall Hire
• Public System Hire

SERVICES
• Mgt & of Collection of revenue from
• Pickups & Lorries Central Busimbi Ttamu Division,
• Motor cycle parking areas- Central Busimbi, Tamu Division
• Market Entry Fees-Central Div.
• Loading and off-loading Busimbi, Ttamu.central division
• Collection of Loading Fees from trucks carrying stones at Bukoma stone Quarry, Ttamu Division.
• Abbaitor management for Busimbi Division
• Collection of rent from Busimbi Commerical Block

Bidding to be conducted as per Open domestic bidding procedures contained in the PPDA ACT.2003(as amended) and LG PPDA Regulation of 2008
Terms and Conditions are contained in the bid documents which are available for inspection in the Procurement and Disposal Unit.

The Bid Documents are obtained from the Procurement and Disposal Unit at Mityana Municipal Council upon payment of non refunded fees of 100,000. Payments should be done to Mityana Municipal Council General Fund A/c

Late Bid/Submission shall be rejected Mityana Municipal Council is not bound to accept the lowest or highest bid.
