Oversee daily cleaning operations, ensuring machinery efficiency and quality control of grain. Supervise and train personnel, enforce safety protocols, and address maintenance issues promptly. Maintain production and inventory records, solve operational problems, and ensure effective communication among staff.

Job Description/Requirements
• Overseeing Operations: Managing the day-to-day activities of the cleaning process, ensuring that the machinery is running efficiently.
• Supervising Personnel: Leading and coordinating the team, assigning tasks, and providing training and guidance to the workers.
• Quality Control: Monitoring the quality of the grain at different stages of cleaning and ensuring that it meets the required standards.
• Safety Management: Enforcing safety protocols, conducting safety checks, and ensuring a safe working environment.
• Maintenance Coordination: Coordinating with maintenance staff to address any machinery issues or breakdowns promptly.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining records of production, inventory, and any incidents that occur during the shift.
• Problem Solving: Addressing any operational or personnel-related issues that arise to ensure smooth operations.
• Communication: Communicating effectively with other shifts, management, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- At least a diploma in Mechanical Engineering, food science, or related disciplines
- 2 years experience working of supervising and machine maintenance.
