JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose
Maintain compliance to the purchasing procedures and generate reports on progress and supplier performance.
Activities
Generate periodic reports on the relevant initiatives to inform decision making and document progress
• Develop and implement trackers
• Update, maintain and communicate Capex & Opex tracker
• Develop and share compliance reports with relevant persons
Help to complete the last stages of the procurement process
• Generate POs according to group standards
• Share POs in a timely manner with the end users
Compliance
• Support in ensuring that the procurement process is adhered too
• Track supplier performance and notify in case of any discrepancies
• Ensure that relevant documentation is kept and easy to retrieve
• Work with the procurement executives to ensure that supplier LPOs are shared on time
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
