Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee procurement processes in compliance with PPDA regulations
- Guide user departments on procurement planning
- Ensure timely preparation and implementation of procurement plans
- Supervise and mentor procurement staff
Minimum Qualifications:
- An Honours Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Postgraduate qualification in Procurement or Public Administration is an added advantage
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in procurement work, 3 at a supervisory level

- Completed application forms should be submitted in triplicate on PSC Form 3 (Revised 2008) to the Secretary City Service Commission Lira City P.O Box 199, Lira at the Health Service Board room.
- For officers already in the Civil Service, applications must be accompanied with duly completed Heads of department recommendation forms (PSC Form 2).
- Application forms can be obtained from Public Service Commission Offices, District/City Service Commission Offices Countrywide or can be downloaded from Ministry of Public Service Website www.publicservice.go.ug.
- Applications should be accompanied with 3(three) most current colored passport size photographs, letter of appointment/promotion to the present substantive grade, photocopies of CERTIFIED Academic Transcripts and Certificates, Identity Cards (National and Institutional), Registration Certificates, Valid Practicing Licenses for Health Workers and, any other relevant documents.
