• Job Description:
o Head the internal audit function for the district.
o Develop and implement internal audit plans to ensure financial accountability.

o Review financial systems, controls, and records to ensure compliance with regulations.
o Prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations for improvement.

• Requirements:
o Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
o Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIA) is a must.
o At least 3 years of experience in an audit or financial management role.

1. Applications are invited from suitably qualified Ugandans to fill the following vacant posts that exist in Namisindwa District Local Government.
2. Applications should be in triplicate for traditional civil servants PSC Form 3 2008 and ESC Form 3 for Teachers 1998 and submitted to the Secretary District Service Commission, P.O Box 335, Mbale.
