Swift Minds, a Management Consulting and Human Resource Consulting Firm, is recruiting a dedicated and experienced Principal - Education Programs for a client organization. This position is ideal for a highly motivated education professional with a passion for fostering quality education and institutional growth.

Job Purpose
The Principal - Education Programs will lead, direct, and coordinate all educational programs and activities for the client’s schools. The focus will be on creating and maintaining effective educational programs to improve teaching, learning, and institutional performance.

Key Responsibilities
1. Educational Leadership
o Guide, coordinate, and establish educational plans and programs in line with the directives from education authorities and the governing council.
o Plan, organize, direct, and coordinate teaching programs and staff activities to ensure their effective implementation.

o Support research and curriculum review to ensure the institution’s programs remain up-to-date and relevant.
2. Institutional Management
o Oversee institutional planning, budgeting, and accountability of all activities.
o Supervise and appraise all staff, assessing performance and fostering professional development.

o Prepare progress and summary reports for submission to the governing council and Ministry of Education and Sports.
3. Development and Resource Mobilization
o Initiate and implement development projects for the institution.
o Mobilize resources to support project implementation and institutional sustainability.
4. Student Welfare and Admissions
o Manage activities related to student admissions, provision of supplies, equipment, and welfare services.

o Ensure a conducive learning environment for both students and staff.
5. Stakeholder Engagement
o Build strong relationships with parents, the community, and other stakeholders to support institutional goals.
o Ensure timely implementation of government and governing council resolutions.
6. Additional Responsibilities
o Perform any other duties assigned by the governing council or relevant authorities.

Qualifications and Experience
Education
• Master’s Degree in Education or a related field.
Professional Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in educational administration, including a background as a school headmaster or principal.
• Registered with the relevant professional education body under the Ministry of Education and Sports.
• Must possess a valid practicing license.
Skills and Competencies
• Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing educational programs and institutions.
• Strong planning, organizational, and accountability skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and stakeholders.
• Experience in curriculum review and resource mobilization.
