Preform production Technician - Husky, Krauss Maffei, and Sacmi at Info-Code Consults Limited

The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining one of the following: Krauss Maffei (KM), Sacmi IPS machine and Husky machine to ensure efficient and safe production processes. This role is critical in achieving production targets, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the overall productivity of the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Candidates should be able to perform the following activities:

a) Machine start up and shut down (SACMI IPS & Kraus Maffei)

b) Troubleshooting for reasons of stoppage or quality defects encountered in production process.

c) Clear understanding of the preform manufacturing process from material to finished product.

d) Process validation to ensure the machine is running as per the specified standards.

d) Good management and control of the resources provided for operations.

e) Should be able to carry out routine maintenance of the machine f) Be able to detect any challenges and report accurately to their immediate supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or vocational training in machine operation is a plus.
• Proven experience (1–2 years) operating industrial machinery in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Basic mechanical skills and proficiency with industrial tools and measuring equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
